All orders are delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail, except in the case of Izziwotnot products (see below).
UK customers can expect to receive their order within 2/3 working days. Alternatively overnight delivery is also available. Please see details below. Orders to Southern Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the World are sent via Airmail and can take 5 days plus to arrive. A signature will be required upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. Overnight Delivery (UK Customers only) For an additional fee we can send your order by Special Delivery, which guarantees it will arrive next working day before 1pm (subject to stock availability). These orders must be placed by phone before 12noon, Monday - Friday. We are unable to send Izziwotnot products via Special Delivery. Please note: A signature will be required upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. Customs and import duties If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Izziwotnot Products All nursery furniture is despatched direct from Izziwotnot to your home. Izziwotnot use their own vans and technicians, who understand how important the cargo they carry is. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Upon receipt of order Izziwotnot will contact you to arrange delivery and assembly, should this be required. All moses baskets are despatched direct from Izziwotnot via courier and should arrive within 48hrs. Please note: A signature will be required upon receipt of goods. Returns & Refunds
Our Guarantee We are happy to exchange goods or refund your money if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We kindly ask that items are returned in a saleable condition; and in their original packaging, since we cannot refund or exchange goods which have been used. Garments must be returned unworn and unwashed.
Please contact us in writting within 7 working days of delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to notify us of your intention to return the goods (we will allow a further 7 days to send goods back thereafter). We will arrange collection of large bulky items, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund, except in the case of faulty goods.
P&P and returns postage/carriage are all direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty. However, you will not be asked to pay additional postage/carriage if you request an exchange.
Please note: Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods. Royal Mail - Claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without proof of postage, which can be obtained free of charge from your post office.
Returns from overseas
When returning goods from overseas, please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned on a standard airmail service; and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting. Please note: We are unable to accept parcels that have been returned to us by a courier, insured postal service or any other service that requires a signature upon receipt.
