What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

We are pleased to say that the majority of our parcels arrive safely and on time, however there are a few occasions where this isn’t the case. If this happens, please don’t worry, simply contact our customer services team by email or by calling them on 01926 856 069.
Please ensure that adequate time has been allowed for the delivery of your goods before contacting us.  Also consider contacting your local sorting office; your parcel may be there, awaiting collection.
